Brief is operated by SIA "RIZZ GROUP", a company registered in Riga, Latvia ("we", "us", "the Studio").
You can reach us at studio@rizzgroup.ai for anything in this document.
You can drop a brief describing a film you want made. If we take it on, a director produces a 15-second sample video from it.
The sample video is free. There is no card, no deposit and no obligation. We do not ask for payment details to make it or to let you watch it.
The sample video is delivered watermarked. It remains our property and is not licensed for publication or commercial use. It is provided so you can assess our work.
If you want us to produce a film for you, that is a separate, paid engagement agreed in writing — scope, length, fee and usage rights — before any work on it starts. If you decide not to proceed, you owe us nothing and the sample video remains ours.
Everything you share through the brief form is covered by a mutual confidentiality agreement, which we countersign automatically when you accept it. You can read the full text at the final step before you submit, and we email you a copy.
We keep your brief, references and materials confidential and use them only to evaluate and make your project.
Brand assets you upload — logos, fonts, product shots, guidelines, previous ads — remain yours. We use them only for your project and we do not use them to train anything or in anyone else's work.
You confirm you have the right to share whatever you upload with us.
The sample video and any drafts remain our property. Nothing in the free sample stage transfers ownership or any licence to you. On payment for a commissioned production and written sign-off, you receive the usage rights set out in that agreement.
Please do not publish, distribute, adapt or share the watermarked sample video. If you want work you can actually use, contact us and we will agree a production.
Do not use the form to send unlawful material, anything you do not have the rights to, or automated submissions. We limit how many briefs one sender can drop in a short period, and we may decline or remove a brief.
We may decline any brief without giving a reason.
We accept a limited number of briefs. We do not guarantee that we will take on any particular brief, or a delivery date, unless we have agreed one with you in writing.
The service is provided as-is. Nothing here limits any rights you have as a consumer under Latvian or EU law.
These terms are governed by the law of Latvia. Disputes go to the courts of Riga.
